How do I return a product?
We would like you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, we will accept returns of any unworn merchandise within 14 days of receipt of delivery and issue you a refund. Merchandise must be enclosed in its original packaging, undamaged and must retain any labels attached to the garment. Returns for items that have been damaged in transit must be submitted within five days of receipt. Except for cases in which we have shipped the incorrect product, we cannot refund shipping fees. Please note that all clearance items are final sale.
Because we have limited stock and sizes, we do not offer exchanges at the moment.
To initiate a return, please email our customer service department at firstname.lastname@example.org. Without prior e-mail notification we cannot accept returns. In your email, please include your name, the order number (from your receipt or packing slip), the item(s) you are returning, and the reason for your return. We must receive this e-mail within fourteen (14) days of original order’s arrival in order to accept the return.
We will email you a prepaid shipping label free of charge and return form.
Package the items that you wish to return and include the filled our return form in the package and adhere the shipping label to the outside of the package.
Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 5 business days.
